Shinsudol Privacy Policy

Shinsudol, operated by [business name] ("we"), respects your privacy. This policy covers the Shinsudol Android app and website.

1. Using Shinsudol without an account

• When you enter your date of birth, birth time, birth city, and gender, we use them to calculate your saju chart. Gender is only used to set the direction of your 10-year luck cycles.
• Your bias's birthday and nickname (optional) in bias chemistry are handled the same way.
• This information is stored only on your device (app storage or browser storage). We do not send it to our servers.
• Deleting the app or clearing your browser's site data removes it.

2. Usage data (analytics)

To fix and improve the service, we collect the following. We never include your birth date, birthplace, name, nickname, or email.

• Which screens you viewed and which buttons you tapped (for example, reaching your result, starting bias chemistry, sharing, and which app you shared to)
• Summary values from your result: your saju type (one of 10) and guardian (one of 5), whether you entered a birth time, and your chemistry score band (high, mid, or low). These come from your birth details but are not the details themselves.
• The country code from your device language setting (for example, US). We do not use location data or IP addresses to find your country.
• Whether you opened Shinsudol inside another app's browser, such as Instagram or TikTok
• Whether an app error happened (the error type and screen only, never the error details)

3. Launch notifications (open beta)

If you ask us to notify you when full readings open, we collect your email address and use it only for that notice. We delete it within (to be confirmed) after sending. You can cancel at any time.

4. After you create an account (after paid launch)

• Email address (via Google sign-in or an email code). We never ask for a password.
• Chart details you save to your account (your birthday, saved people): when you buy a reading in the app after signing up, we save the date of birth, birth time, birth city, and gender stored on your device (and, for bias chemistry, your bias's birthday and nickname) to your account and use them to create that reading. We never send them while you are not signed up.
• Purchase records: Google Play order ID, product, and time of purchase. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Google; we never receive them.

7. Features that take you to other services

• Sharing: Share images are created on your device and sent to the app you choose (Instagram, TikTok, X, and others). They never include your birth date, birthplace, or nickname.
• Maps: Map buttons in your reading open Naver Map or Google Maps. Their privacy policies apply once you leave Shinsudol.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

9. AI

Your chart and reading are produced by fixed rules. If we use AI in the future, we will never include your birth date, birthplace, name, or email in AI requests.

10. Children

• Users under 13 can only see the result card and cannot make purchases.
• We do not collect personal information from users under 13 on our servers.

11. Your rights

• You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or ask us to stop processing it.
• You can delete your account and data in the app settings (once accounts launch).
• Information stored only on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing browser data.
